CDS Mapping Services for Insurers

Aggregate Mapping

After 9/11, many insurers realized that they didn't have a good handle on the geographic concentration of their risks. Few expected that losses of this magnitude were possible. Aggregate Risks by ZIP or County:

Have you ever wondered or needed to know where your concentrations lay? We can take your entire book of business at any level, whether it be State, County, Zip Code or Custom Levels, (e.g. concentrations by distance to coast) and make this data come alive! This can be extremely useful in:

Aggregate Risks Around a Given Location:

Many companies now are looking at specific buildings (like the Sears Tower, Empire State Building, Nuclear power plants, etc.) and trying to determine the aggregate value of insured properties/persons in the area. The RiskMeter Aggregate Module was designed exactly for this purpose.

RiskMeter Aggregate Module:

The RiskMeter Aggregate module allows policy/premium aggregations around a specific address. Simply type in the address, and it can aggregate the value of polices/premiums around the location. You can choose what radii to use (as well as the ZIP & County). You can also determine which database fields to aggregate (i.e. A,B,C,D coverages, Total Value, etc.).
