Aggregate Reports: For insurers, understanding the concentration of risk is crucial. But many insurers have no real way to understand their risk. Yes, they can get reports which aggregate risks to the zip or county level. However, they cannot see patterns beyond those levels. And they typically can't identify where their risk concentrations are the greatest. CDS can run an analysis and identify the aggregate values for each policy based upon multiple radii. For example, the TIV for 1, 5 and 10 mile radii. This helps customers to identify their greatest concentrations. These are helpful for property and workers comp carriers. Many carriers have us run monthly schedules for them.
